Konrad Williams
Director & Registered Electrician
With extensive experience across residential, commercial, industrial and rural electrical installations, Konrad leads our team. Known for his endless expertise and excellent problem solving, Konrad is our electrical ‘Jack of all trades’. A no frills, transparent approach results in precise, safe and reliable electrical solutions built to last. A proud local, Konrad is passionate about supporting the Waihī and Waihī Beach community and establishing long term connections with our client partners. When he is not on the tools, he can often be found helping run things down at the Waihī Athletic Rugby Football and Sports Club.
Jen Williams
Administrative Director
Co-owner and wife to Konrad, Jen has handled the financial side of the business since 2020, while also teaching at Waihī Beach School. In 2025, Jen has expanded her role to cover financial, administration, marketing and client support, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently. When Jen is not at the K Williams Electrical desk, she is busy raising her and Konrad’s three beautiful girls.
Sam
Electrician
With over 20 years of experience, Sam has been with the K Williams team from the beginning and has extensive practical knowledge across all industries. He is fantastic at sharing his experience and guiding our younger electricians. When not at work, Sam can often be found on a golf course, or at his children’s sports games.
Ollie
Electrician
Committed to delivering high quality workmanship, Ollie is a valued part of our experienced on-site team and is known for his efficient, reliable output. Before rejoining our team in 2025, Ollie was working on the ski fields at Mount Ruapehu, and in his downtime is a keen surfer and footballer.
William
Initially joining K Williams Electrical through the local Gateway program, William is now a valued member of the team, representing the next generation of quality local electricians. A very talented drummer, William is often playing gigs with his band on the weekends (when he’s not at the gym).
Sophia
Currently developing her hands-on skills and soaking up our wider team's expertise, Sophia has joined us through the Gateway Program and is working on her apprenticeship. When she is not at work, Sophia is a keen mountain biker.
